Solutions

We built an integrated smart healthcare cloud platform covering patient services, clinical care, and hospital management:

  • Internet Hospital Portal: Provided WeChat official account/mini-program entry for time-slot appointment booking, in-clinic payment, report inquiry, and online consultation with end-to-end self-service.
  • Next-Generation EMR: Structured storage of clinical data with voice input support, greatly reducing doctors’ documentation burden.
  • AI-Assisted Diagnosis: Integrated medical imaging AI models to help quickly screen for lung nodules, fundus lesions, and other diseases, improving diagnostic accuracy.
  • Interoperability Platform: Complied with HL7/FHIR standards, integrating HIS, LIS, PACS and other heterogeneous systems for data sharing and mutual recognition.

Implementation Process

The project adopted phased implementation with smooth cutover:

  • Foundational Platform Build: Upgraded the data center and deployed the integration platform, connecting core business data flows.
  • Clinical Applications Go-live: Launched EMR and doctor workstations, and trained medical staff across the hospital.
  • Internet Services Rollout: Released mobile services, guided patients to online processes, and cultivated smart treatment habits.
